Position Summary WillowGrove Homecare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to provide dedicated one-on-one home care for a pediatric client requiring tracheostomy management. This is a consistent, dedicated case assignment — you'll build a real relationship with one child and family rather than rotating between clients. This is an immediate opening with sign-on bonus available. Responsibilities Provide tracheostomy care including suctioning, stoma/site care, and trach tie changes per physician orders Monitor respiratory status and identify early signs of complications Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and state requirements Communicate effectively with the family, care team, and supervising clinicians Follow the individualized plan of care and respond appropriately to changes in condition Qualifications Active, unencumbered GA RN or LPN license Tracheostomy and/or ventilator care experience required (NICU, PICU, or home health background preferred) Current BLS/CPR certification Ability to work independently in a home care setting Reliable transportation Must pass background check and drug screening What We Offer Self scheduling Weekly pay Supportive clinical team and ongoing case support Nurse-owned agency culture that values clinical judgment
