Innovative Resource Services is seeking qualified, licensed healthcare professionals for an immediate PRN/as-needed patient care assignment in LaFayette, Georgia, near the Tennessee state line.

We are currently seeking:

Registered Nurse (RN) — Skilled Nursing Occupational Therapist (OT) Physical Therapist (PT) This is an as-needed assignment with an immediate staffing need. Professionals who are available to begin as early as this week; are strongly encouraged to apply. Qualifications Valid licensure as an RN, OT, or PT with current practicing credentials. Relevant clinical/home-care experience preferred Reliable transportation and ability to travel to LaFayette, GA Professional, dependable, and patient-centered Ability to complete required clinical documentation Current CPR/BLS certification as applicable to the position Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical documentation standards. Experience working with geriatric patients and expertise in discharge planning and home health services. Ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans while adhering to healthcare protocols for patient safety and quality care. Excellent client communication skills to effectively educate patients on their care plans and rehabilitation processes.
