Retired Registered Nurse LaGrange, GA 30240 From $100 a day - Part-time Apply with Indeed From $100 a day - Part-time We are looking for a Retired Registered Nurse to perform assessments on our In-Home care patient's. Responsibilities include : Conduct an initial nursing assessment in the patient's home Review medical history, diagnoses, medications, allergies, and current treatments. Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, and fall risk. Assess the patient's ability to perform daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and transferring. Identify safety concerns or hazards in the home. Observe the patient's overall condition and identify changes that may require medical attention. Communicate with the patient and family/caregiver about care needs. Develop or recommend an appropriate in-home care plan based on the assessment. Determine what assistance the caregiver/home-care aide may need to provide. Document assessment findings accurately. Perform periodic reassessments and update the care plan when the patient's needs change. Report significant changes or concerns to the patient's physician or appropriate healthcare professional. Provide basic health education to the patient and caregiver within the RN's scope of practice. Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards. Pay will be $100 per assessment but can be negotiated. You will need reliable transportation as you will be driving to different surrounding counties such as Troup, Meriwether, Coweta, Heard, Haralson, Talbot, Carroll, Muscogee, Harris, Fayette. :
