Lawrenceville, GA 30043 About Us Cottage Grove Home Care is a pediatric home care agency in Gwinnett County that cares for medically complex children. We're nurse-led and small enough that you'll know your leadership by name. About the Position We're looking for a caring, confident RN to go to school with one student, a non-verbal girl. You'll handle her nursing care during the school day and work with her teachers and school staff so she can learn and take part safely. Her transportation plan is still being decided, so the nurse may ride the bus with her to and from school.

Patient Care Includes Trach care:

capped during the school day, off the ventilator for 1 year Oxygen and suctioning as needed during illness G-tube bolus feeds three times a day, plus medication administration Help with mobility equipment (walker and stander) Working with school staff and keeping the family updated Accurate, timely documentation and EVV clock-in/out Requirements Active Georgia RN license (or a multistate compact license) Current

BLS/CPR/TB
