Tracheostomy Dependent Ventilator Dependent High-Acuity Pediatric Patient Responsibilities As the assigned Registered Nurse, you will: Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient's home Manage and monitor tracheostomy care Operate and monitor mechanical ventilator support Perform respiratory assessments and interventions Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor vital signs and overall patient condition Respond appropriately to changes in respiratory status Complete accurate electronic documentation Collaborate with the patient's family, physician, and HC Roots Clinical Team Follow the physician's plan of care while providing safe, compassionate care Why Join HC Roots?
