Job Description
Do you love serving others as an LPN and desire to work in a great environment with other people who love what they do and residents who really appreciate you? We are looking for two LPNs to do more than just pass meds on the night shift. We need leaders who see our vision and can respect, encourage and train co-workers to be the best version of themselves so our residents receive the very best. Every day (and night!). At Thrive, our LPNs are responsible for all that's involved in administering daily medication to residents and supporting the care team in meeting the needs of people who make our Assisted Living and Memory Care their home. In order to empower this level of care, individuals must be personable, professional, organized, dependable, and loving.
