(RN) - MACON, GA & SURROUNDING AREAS Personal Care Home - 3.0 Macon, GA Job Details PRN 6 hours ago Qualifications Home care experience RN License Care documentation Palliative care expertise Full Job Description Tonja's Open Arms Home Care Agency is seeking a dependable and flexible Registered Nurse (RN) to assist with: Initial Client Assessments Supervisory Visits Client Reassessments as needed Care Plan review/updates Required nursing documentation We're looking for someone who: Holds an active Georgia RN license Has experience with Home Care/Private Home Care assessments Is familiar with completing initial assessments and supervisory visits Has reliable transportation and is willing to travel throughout Macon and surrounding areas Has a flexible schedule and can accommodate visits as needed Is organized, dependable, and timely with documentation
