Required Qualifications and Experience:

Active RN license and current credentials Experience in Stepdown, PCU, or Progressive Care nursing required Ability to float within specialty as needed Experience handling ED border patients is a plus Must disclose all requested time off prior to assignment start Willingness to travel and provide compassionate care across multiple facilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent nursing care for Stepdown and Progressive Care/PCU patients Manage and monitor ED border patients within your scope of practice Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Float to designated sister facilities within a 15-mile radius, specializing within your area Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring adherence to facility protocols
