Job Description

Pineland BHDD is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to support individuals receiving behavioral health and developmental disability services at our Candler Counseling Center in Metter, GA. This role is ideal for nurses who want to make a meaningful impact in a community-based behavioral health setting. As a Nurse at Pineland, you will provide direct patient care, health assessments, and care coordination for individuals with behavioral health and developmental needs. You'll play a key role in promoting wellness, managing medical needs, and supporting recovery and independence. What You'll Do Clinical Care & Assessments Perform comprehensive health assessments using medical history, observation, and clinical data Identify individuals' medical and psychosocial needs Monitor health status and recognize changes or risks Care Planning & Coordination Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and treatment teams Provide health education and support for disease prevention and wellness Direct Patient Care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document patient responses and potential side effects Conduct routine rounds and provide interventions as needed Documentation & Support Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Complete administrative and clerical tasks to support unit operations Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and agency standards

RN Current State Nursing License Experience:
