$42- 47 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-7:00PM Employment Type:
Full-Time Weekly Pay Park Place Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Admissions Nurse to manage and coordinate the clinical admissions process for new residents.Responsibilities:
Complete nursing assessments and admission documentation Review hospital records, physician orders, and medication information Coordinate admissions with nursing, therapy, social services, and other departments Welcome new residents and communicate with their families Ensure all admission records are accurate and completed on time Support a smooth transition into the facilityQualifications:
Current Georgia nursing license in good standing Previous admissions experience in a nursing home, skilled nursing facility, or long-term care setting is required Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple admissions and complete documentation accurately Apply today to join the team at Park Place Nursing and Rehabilitation!Pay:
