Busy ambulatory surgery center looking for an experienced RN Circulator. Applicant must have a positive attitude and be able to work well with others. This position is located in Covington, GA. 10600 Lochridge Blvd. Covington, GA 30014 The RN Circulator plays a critical role in the surgical process and will be responsible for: Escorting patients safely to the operating room and ensuring comfort throughout the pre-op process. Preparing patients for surgical procedures, including verification of medical history, allergies, and surgical consents. Monitoring and documenting patient vitals preoperatively, intraoperatively, and postoperatively. Assisting the surgeon and scrub techs during procedures by anticipating needs, maintaining a sterile field, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. Advocating for patient safety and ensuring compliance with all infection control standards and surgical protocols. Providing compassionate post-operative care, monitoring recovery, and supporting patients as they transition to discharge. Educating patients and family members on post-operative instructions, aftercare, and recovery expectations. Completing and organizing discharge paperwork accurately and efficiently. Collaborating with the surgical team to promote efficiency, safety, and a supportive care environment. Schedule & Position Details Full-Time Position Unique schedule: Six days on / Six days off rotation Holiday coverage may be required on a rotating basis Competitive pay offered, commensurate with experience First two weeks of training will be held in our central location in Tifton, GA. Qualifications Current Georgia RN license in good standing (required) Minimum of 1-2 years of circulating experience in an OR setting preferred (ambulatory surgery experience a plus) BLS and ACLS certification (Must have) Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, infection control standards, and patient safety practices Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills Compassionate bedside manner with a focus on patient-centered care Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a busy surgical environment

•Training for this position will take place at our Tifton, Georgia location for a minimum of two weeks.
