Job Description

The Mission:
Thrive at Home Solutions is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one, clinical care for a medically complex child. We need a nurse who is ready to step into a home and make an immediate difference in a child's quality of life.
The Role:
This isn't just a shift; it's a partnership with a family. You will be responsible for the direct daily care of a medically fragile pediatric patient. Because we are a growing agency, we are looking for a foundational nurse who wants to grow with us.
Current Structure:
Case Specific-Full Time What You'll Do:
Provide 1-on-1 clinical care (monitoring, medication administration, and specialized pediatric interventions). Work closely with the family to ensure the highest level of comfort and safety for the child. Maintain precise documentation and report directly to agency leadership.
What We Need:
Active RN License (State of Georgia).
Urgent Availability:
Must be able to start within the next 7-10 days. Experience with medically complex pediatrics (G-Tube/Trach experience is a major plus). A heart for pediatric care and a desire for professional growth.
Pay:
$54.00 - $55.00 per hour
