Part Time , daytime hours Pediatric Client $50.00 per hour Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse -Pediatric Home Health to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the support and medical attention they need for optimal health outcomes. You will work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote recovery and enhance quality of life. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of Pediatrics health status and needs in a home environment. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient assessments and clinical guidelines. Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs. Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication usage, and health maintenance strategies. Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and effective communication regarding patient progress. Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR) to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. Experience Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Previous experience in home health care or a related field is preferred but not required. Familiarity with critical care practices and emergency medicine is advantageous. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential for effective patient assessment and care planning. Experience working with pediatric clients is a plus Strong communication skills are necessary for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare teams.
