Position Title:
In-Home Care Nurse (1:1 Care)
Location:
Lavendar Ln, Perry, GA 31069
Schedule:
6/16-hour shifts available (Flexible scheduling options)
Pay Rate:
$55 per hour Overview Recovery Path Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one in-home nursing care for a 1-year-old child
Diagnosis:
Tracheostomy,( BPD), The nurse will deliver skilled and nurturing support within the home environment, ensuring the child's safety, health, and developmental progress while supporting the family in managing daily care needs. Responsibilities Provide direct skilled nursing care in accordance with the child's individualized care plan. Monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, feeding tolerance, and medication administration as prescribed. Support developmental and therapeutic activities under physician and family guidance. Document all nursing interventions and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising nurse and family. Maintain infection control and safety standards in the home environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists and physicians, as needed. Educate and support family members on the child's care routines and medical needs. Qualifications Current Georgia RN license. Experienced Lpn may be considered. Minimum 1 year of pediatric or home health experience (experience with children with developmental delays preferred). CPR/BLS certification (PALS preferred). Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills. Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor. Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($50/hr).
