48 Hours per Week Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join the healthcare team in Ringgold, Georgia. The ideal candidate should have strong telemetry nursing experience, excellent patient assessment skills, and the ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and monitor patients with various cardiac conditions. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Telemetry Unit. Monitor patients' heart rates, cardiac rhythms, and vital signs. Interpret cardiac rhythms and identify abnormal ECG patterns. Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patients' cardiac conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patients with cardiac conditions and other medical complications. Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately. Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatment plans. Follow hospital policies, infection-control guidelines, and patient-safety standards. Required Certifications ACLS - Required BLS - Required Must-Have Experience Previous Telemetry nursing experience required. Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills required. Ability to recognize and respond to abnormal heart rhythms. Experience monitoring patients with cardiac conditions. Strong patient assessment and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
