Position Overview Nurtura Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) (bilingual preferred) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for a pediatric patient. This role is ideal for a nurse who values building meaningful relationships with patients and delivering personalized care in a home setting. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and care plans Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes in condition Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and family members Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care techniques Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of GA or has a compact license Minimum [1-2] years of nursing experience (home health or pediatric experience preferred) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Current CPR/BLS certification About Nurtura Healthcare Nurtura Healthcare is a compassionate, patient-centered home care provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care to individuals in the comfort of their homes.
