Role Overview:

The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team in an acute care setting, focusing on orthopedic surgical patients. They practice evidence-based nursing aligned with professional standards and organizational policies, ensuring safety, quality, and individualized care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care using critical thinking and evidence-based practices. Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making to meet their needs and goals. Coordinate safe and efficient care delivery, ensuring proper documentation and fostering a collaborative clinical environment. Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 5 years RN experience, with direct patient care preferred. Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required. Associates or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills. Proficiency in technology, clinical documentation, and emergency response.
