Part-Time Job Description Just Peachy CNA Institute LLC is seeking an experienced, engaging, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Instructor to teach students enrolled in our Nurse Aide Training Program at our Sandy Springs location. The RN Instructor will help prepare future Certified Nursing Assistants through classroom instruction, hands-on skills training, competency preparation, and applicable clinical education. This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and helping students develop the knowledge, professionalism, confidence, and hands-on skills needed to provide quality patient care.

Schedule Weekend Classes:

Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Specific teaching dates and schedules will be discussed during the interview process. Key Responsibilities Provide classroom and hands-on instruction to CNA students Teach required nurse aide curriculum and skills Demonstrate proper CNA procedures and techniques Supervise students during skills laboratory activities Provide applicable clinical instruction and supervision Prepare students for competency evaluations and certification testing Evaluate student skills, participation, progress, and competency Maintain accurate attendance, instructional, and student records Reinforce infection prevention, safety, communication, dignity, and person-centered care Provide constructive feedback and additional guidance when students need support Maintain a professional, organized, and encouraging learning environment Follow Just Peachy CNA Institute policies and applicable Nurse Aide Training Program requirements Qualifications Current, active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Professional nursing experience Strong communication and instructional skills Ability to provide both classroom and hands-on clinical skills instruction Professional, patient, dependable, and organized Comfortable working with adult learners from varying educational and professional backgrounds Availability for the designated weekend schedule Ability to meet applicable requirements for approval to serve as an instructor within the Nurse Aide Training Program Previous experience in CNA education, clinical instruction, staff development, long-term care, home care, skilled nursing, or healthcare education is preferred.

Pay:

$32.00

•$42.00 per hour Expected hours: 18.0 per week
