Qualifications & Experience:

Current RN license in good standing Minimum of one year recent RN experience in an Operating Room setting Proficiency in perioperative nursing skills and protocols Familiarity with aseptic and sterile techniques Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational abilities BLS and ACLS certification required

Key Responsibilities:

Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical cases Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and collaborate on patient safety plans Ensure proper preparation and maintenance of the surgical environment, equipment, and supplies Advocate for patient well-being throughout the surgical process Assist the surgical team with intraoperative needs and respond to emergencies swiftly Accurately document patient care according to facility standards Participate in post-surgical evaluations and support recovery initiatives
