Our Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is currently recruiting a RN Admissions Nurse for our skilled nursing facility in Tucker, Ga The Admission Nurse is responsible for admitting new patients to the facility while ensuring the nursing operational standards of the facility are met.

Schedule:

Full-time Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:00pm Responsibilities and requirements Admitting all new patients to the facility Strong clinical assessment skills Strong interdepartmental communication skills Good understanding of all aspects of nursing Customer service oriented, warm and welcoming demeanor Innate ability to perform head-to-toe assessment of patients Ability to act upon assessment findings and order appropriate consults Must have an RN license in Georgia Proven experience in LTC or hospital setting Why Our Nursing and Rehabilitation Center?
