Home Health RN Job Summary:

Gaddiel Home Care Services, Inc., a provider of Home Care in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, is seeking a skilled Home Health RN to join our team as an in-home assessment specialist. As a 1099 contractor, you will conduct comprehensive 60-90 day client assessments in the comfort of their homes throughout the Metro Atlanta area.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive 60-90 day in-home client assessments Evaluate patient health status, needs, and care plans Communicate assessment findings to the care team Provide skilled nursing care as needed, including:

+ Medication management

+ Wound care

+ Catheter and tube feeding care

+ Diabetes management/insulin administration

+ Colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy care

+ IV therapy and other skilled nursing duties

Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license in the state of Georgia Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home care experience preferred Strong assessment and clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently with clients in their homes Reliable transportation for travel throughout
