Category Nursing - RN-ICU Job Type Contract Seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with ICU experience for a contract opportunity at a reputable healthcare facility. This role is ideal for professionals capable of delivering high-quality critical care to patients with complex medical needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid and unrestricted RN license Minimum one year of recent experience in an ICU setting Advanced knowledge of critical care best practices Skilled in assessment, patient monitoring, and rapid response protocols Strong communication and teamwork abilities BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred) Ability to adapt to fast-changing clinical environmentsKey Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor and interpret vital signs, perform assessments, and adjust care as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to coordinate patient care plans Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate medical equipment Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and care expectations Accurately document patient status and update records according to facility standards Respond effectively to emergency situations and adhere to all safety protocolsPosition Benefits:
