Full-time, 40 hours/week (tentative) About the Role We're looking for a compassionate, experienced RN to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a 3-year-old patient in his family home. This is a rewarding opportunity to build a long-term relationship with a medically complex child and his family, delivering consistent, individualized care. Hours are tentatively set at 40 hours/week; exact shift days/times will be finalized with the selected candidate. Responsibilities Administer G-tube (gastrostomy) feedings via feeding pump on a scheduled routine, including pre- and post-feed water flushes Administer medications via G-tube per physician orders and monitor for effectiveness/side effects Perform routine and as-needed suctioning to maintain a clear airway Manage and monitor supplemental oxygen delivered via nasal cannula, including equipment checks and titration per physician orders Administer nebulizer treatments and assist with chest physiotherapy (CPT) vest therapy Monitor respiratory status, vital signs, and overall condition; recognize and respond to changes appropriately Follow seizure precautions and rescue medication protocol as ordered Perform safe positioning, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises Maintain skin integrity and perform routine hygiene/bathing care Accurately document care provided, intake/output, and any changes in condition each shift Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and coordinate with the care team (physicians, therapists, case managers) Maintain a safe, clean care environment and properly manage medical equipment and supplies Qualifications Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia Current BLS/CPR certification (pediatric certification preferred) Prior experience in pediatric home health, private duty nursing, or a similar pediatric clinical setting strongly preferred Experience with G-tube feedings, suctioning, nebulizer/vest treatments, and seizure management preferred Experience with pediatric oxygen therapy and nasal cannula management preferred Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently in a home care setting Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach Must pass background check and any required health/immunization screenings Why Join Us Competitive pay at $50.00/hour Consistent full-time schedule (40 hours/week) One-on-one patient care with the opportunity to build a meaningful, ongoing relationship with a child and his family Supportive family and care team Nurse-owned and nurse-led agencyPay:
