The RN will provide one-on-one care for a 6-month-old infant born at 23 weeks who is currently on a feeding tube . The ideal candidate should be comfortable with pediatric care and able to provide safe, attentive, and compassionate care. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care Follow the child's individualized plan of care Monitor and document the child's condition and care provided Provide feeding tube care as ordered Assist with daily care and activities as needed Communicate changes in the child's condition to the appropriate healthcare team Maintain accurate and timely documentation Provide safe, reliable, and compassionate care in the home Qualifications Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment Previous experience as a Pediatric Registered Nurse is preferred Excellent interpersonal and client care skills Valid driver's license First aid/CPR certification required
