This is a great opportunity for nurses who are passionate about women's health and patient-centered care. Provide telephone triage and guide patients to the appropriate level of care, testing, or follow-up. Coordinate appointments, testing, treatments, and follow-up care for patients with a variety of OB/GYN needs. Communicate closely with providers and the clinical team to ensure timely, coordinated patient care. Provide patient education related to gynecologic conditions, treatments, medications, procedures, pregnancy, and ongoing care. Support patients and families by answering questions, providing resources, and helping them understand their care plan. Assist providers with clinical procedures and other patient care needs within the specialty clinic. Accurately document patient assessments, communications, interventions, and care plans in the electronic health record. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) - Active/Unencumbered RN license in state of practice or compact license including state of practice. All levels of RN experience will be considered. Prior experience in ob/gyn or specialty care is a plus, but not required . Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. For positions within UnityPoint Clinic, team members may be required to work at or to float to other locations to support optimized staffing
