Weekend RN - Skilled Nursing Facility We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team on the shift. Our residents deserve exceptional care around the clock, and our nurses play an essential role in keeping them safe, comfortable, and cared for. What You'll Do Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents Complete assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Communicate changes in condition promptly and effectively Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, families, and other members of the care team Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Respond appropriately to emergencies and changing resident needs Provide guidance, support, and leadership to the nursing team Promote resident dignity, safety, independence, and quality of life Help create a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff Requirements Current RN license in the state of employment Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, or similar nursing experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliable and accountable Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions with our residents A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of our residents We believe great care starts with great people.
