Use Your Judgment. You won't be meeting a completely new group of patients every shift. You'll get to know your residents, understand their baseline, recognize when something has changed, and work alongside caregivers who know them too. That continuity matters. You'll still use your assessment skills, clinical judgment, medication knowledge, and nursing experience , but you'll use them in an environment where knowing the person behind the chart can help you make better-informed clinical decisions. What You'll Do As an RN at Elmore Assisted Living, you'll: Perform resident assessments and respond to changes in condition Administer and oversee medications and treatments Develop and update individualized service plans Provide clinical guidance to caregivers and medication staff Communicate with residents and families Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, home health, hospice, and other healthcare partners Support admissions and transitions of care Maintain accurate clinical documentation Support Minnesota Assisted Living regulatory compliance Participate in shared rotating on-call responsibilities What We're Looking For You'll need an active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license , strong assessment skills, sound clinical judgment, and the confidence to provide clinical direction when your team needs support. Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, Home Health, Hospice, Geriatrics, or another relevant nursing environment is valuable. We're especially interested in nurses who are observant, dependable, comfortable working with older adults, and confident communicating with caregivers, families, and healthcare providers.
