Qualifications:
Active RN license (state or compact) 2+ years recent Cath Lab RN experience Current ACLS and BLS certifications Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to quickly adapt to new EHR systems and protocols Proficient in assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
Key Responsibilities:
Assist physicians with cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and stent placements Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures Administer and monitor medications as directed Respond promptly to emergencies using advanced critical care skills Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Accurately document in the electronic health record
