The RN must be able to provide safe, effective patient care and perform comprehensive nursing assessments with minimal orientation and supervision. Required Qualifications Current Iowa State RN License/Registration BLS AHA certification and ability to recertify Minimum 2+ years of recent LTC/Skilled Nursing experience Strong clinical assessment and LTC/SNF skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Legal authorization to work in the United States PCC charting experience Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients/residents Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and continuously monitor patient condition Medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation Provide patient and family education and support Deliver safe patient care with minimal orientation and supervision Follow nursing facility policies, procedures, and patient-care standards #
