Clarinda, IA Opportunity to work in a collaborative hospital environment Make an immediate impact while gaining valuable travel nursing experience Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate, and individualized nursing care to Med Surg patients Assess patient conditions and monitor for changes Administer medications and treatments according to orders Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition Maintain compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards ✅ Requirements Active RN license eligible to work in Iowa Recent Medical Surgical nursing experience Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Ability to work night shifts Current BLS certification Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to begin the assignment ASAP Why Take This Assignment?
