What they do
A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Flexible scheduling and work-life balance support Mileage reimbursement at $0.58 per mile Core Responsibilities Available to receive and respond to calls from Triage during assigned shifts Conduct visits to patients with changing conditions and complete weekend admissions Complete comprehensive assessments for patients and families during after-hours calls Provide skilled nursing care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed Write, initiate, and revise care plans based on patient status and needs Counsel patients and families in managing nursing needs and self-care Participate in interdisciplinary group meetings and contribute to the ongoing care coordination Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes and communicate changes to the physician Remain available for all patient care calls during on-call hours, including crisis management Assist in ensuring that necessary equipment and services are arranged Qualifications We're excited to train RN's that are passionate about hospice care RN license 1-2 years recent acute care experience (preferred) 1-2 years home care experience (preferred) Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathy and comfort with end-of-life care Work Environment Mix of facility and home-based care 7 days on and 7 days off (Monday night - Monday morning) Centralized territory assignment Apply Today Become an integral part of our compassionate and supportive team.
