Job Summary The On-Call Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for organizing and directing hospice care with a strong foundation in nursing and community health education. This role involves responding to after-hours patient needs, including admissions and providing immediate care in patients' homes and communities. You will work closely with the hospice team to ensure that care plans are followed and adjusted as needed, helping patients achieve maximum comfort.
