As a Pediatric RN, you will work in a facility that caters to a variety of patient types, including Peds Hem/Onc, Med Surg, and all pediatric specialties. This role offers the opportunity to float across NICU, PICU, and Peds ED, providing comprehensive care in a collaborative setting. Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards Need 1 year experience in setting Pediatric experience within previous 18 months required EPIC electronic medical systems experience within previous 12 months required Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission required AHA/American Heart Association or

ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS
