As a Pediatric RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in a 14-bed unit, with patient ratios ranging from 1:2-4. You will have the opportunity to float across different units, including

NICU, B3

general floor, and PICU, ensuring comprehensive care for all pediatric specialties. Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans Document patient information accurately in EPIC electronic medical systems Participate in patient and family education and support Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients Requirements for this role include: Need 2 years experience in setting Current Iowa or compact state RN license BLS and PALS certifications from

AHA APHON
