Dike-New Hartford Community School District is looking for a compassionate and skilled Long-Term Substitute School Nurse to join our team! This is a temporary assignment expected to begin approximately mid-November 2026 and last 8-12 weeks. It's a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys working with children and wants a meaningful role in a school setting.Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7:45 AM-3:45 PM Additional hours may be needed. New Hartford Campus in the morning and Dike Campus in the afternoon As our School Nurse, you will:- Provide care for sick and injured students
- Administer and monitor student medications
- Respond to student health needs and emergencies
- Maintain student health records
- Communicate with families, staff, and healthcare providers
- Support students with individual health needs
- Help maintain a safe and healthy learning environment
