Our 14-bed Coronary Care Unit (CCU) offers a close-knit, collaborative setting where nurses are empowered to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care alongside a skilled interdisciplinary team. As a Registered Nurse in the CCU, you'll play a vital role in managing complex cardiac patients, using advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking to guide care from assessment through evaluation. Responsibilities:

Provide safe, reliable, and evidence-based patient care in a dynamic critical care environment Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans Implement and evaluate care using the nursing process and best practices Collaborate closely with physicians and the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes Apply specialized knowledge across psychological, social, physical, and biological sciences

Qualifications:

Education:

Graduate of accredited nursing program required BSN degree preferred

Experience:

Prefer one (1) year of hospital clinical experience or demonstrated clinical efficiency. License(s)/Certification(s): Possess current RN licensure in the State of Iowa or compact state Maintain Current BLS Certification
