Job Description

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) -

Nights:

13‑week contract in Dubuque, Iowa, with a 6:00 PM-6:00 AM shift schedule of 3×12 hours and guaranteed 36 hours per week. The role provides consistent night coverage and offers extension opportunities based on performance. This assignment supports the organization's patient care needs while allowing nurses to explore new locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and wound care during night shifts. Document patient progress and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team. Respond to emergency situations and provide life‑saving interventions. Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Current BLS certification Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to successfully complete required background screening and drug testing

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or related clinical setting
