Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care while supporting a variety of primary care and specialty clinics throughout the Sioux City Metro.

Room patients, obtain health histories, collect vital signs, and accurately document patient information in the electronic health record (EPIC).

Assist providers with patient examinations, in-office procedures, and treatments.

Administer medications, immunizations, injections, and other treatments within the RN scope of practice.

Provide patient education on diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and follow-up instructions.

Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, prior authorizations, and continuity of care.

Collaborate with providers and care teams to ensure efficient clinic operations and an exceptional patient experience.

Adapt quickly to different clinic workflows while maintaining high standards of patient care, safety, and professionalism.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment in accordance with organizational policies and infection prevention standards. Qualifications Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or a compact RN license recognized by the state of practice. Must be licensed and eigible to practice in Nebraska and Iowa.

Previous outpatient, ambulatory, clinic, or physician practice experience preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills with the ability to adapt to different clinical environments.

Experience with EPIC electronic health record preferred.

Willingness and ability to travel between primary care and specialty clinic locations throughout the Sioux City Metro based on staffing needs.
