7:00 PM 7:30 AM shifts Every other weekend required

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Active RN license (Iowa or compact) Minimum 1-2 years of recent Med-Surg nursing experience BLS certification (required) Strong assessment and communication skills Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and new technologies

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients Collaborate closely with physicians and allied health professionals to develop and implement care plans Monitor, assess, and document patient vitals, progress, and response to treatment Educate patients and families on health conditions and recovery processes Uphold safety protocols and infection control standards
