Qualifications and Experience:

Current, active RN license in the state of Iowa (or compact privileges) Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room experience Comprehensive understanding of ER workflow, triage, and rapid response protocols Certification in BLS and ACLS required; PALS and TNCC preferred Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities Willingness to adapt to new teams and fast-changing environments
