What You'll Bring:

Active RN licensure in Idaho Demonstrated experience as a school nurse Confidence developing and monitoring student medical plans Ability to provide skilled consultation for seizure management and other medical needs Comfort working with a caseload that includes students with complex health concerns Exceptional communication and documentation skills

Your Responsibilities:

Consult onsite twice weekly (6 hours per visit) to assess student healthcare requirements Collaborate with school staff and parents to develop and implement individualized medical plans Provide direct support for at least one student with a seizure disorder Train and educate staff regarding emergency protocols, care procedures, and medication administration Serve as a trusted resource for the virtual school communitys health needs Stay current with best practices in pediatric school nursing Flexible scheduling makes it possible to balance professional impact and personal commitments.
