Our patients include infants, children, and adolescents with complex medical needs who may require tracheostomy, ventilator, G-tube, oxygen, seizure, or other specialized care. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home. Monitor patient condition and perform nursing assessments. Administer medications and treatments. Provide specialized care including trach/suctioning, ventilator management, G-tube/enteral feeding, oxygen therapy, wound care, and seizure monitoring. Follow the patient's individualized Plan of Care and physician orders. Communicate with families and other members of the healthcare team. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. What We're Looking For Current, active Idaho RN license Current BLS/CPR certification Reliable attendance and strong communication skills Ability to work independently in a home setting Pediatric, home health, or private duty experience preferred Nurses with strong clinical skills who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply. Night Shift Pay $49-51/hour 1.5× overtime for hours over 40/week Additional bonus opportunities available Schedule Full-time and part-time night shifts available.
