Job Description

Enjoy flexibility and diverse clinical experiences as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in home health risk assessments. This per diem role allows you to design your own schedulewith shifts available any day of the weekand offers a unique opportunity to serve patients in their home environments throughout Latah County, including the communities of Moscow, Genesee, and Troy.

Sunday Self-scheduling:
choose shifts that best fit your life Minimum hourly commitment per week or bi-weekly period
Key Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive annual risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members during home visits Review and evaluate patients prior/current medical and medication history Deliver clear patient education on ongoing medical concerns and medication usage Detect care gaps and make actionable recommendationswithout prescriptive duties Visits may include annual health reviews or post-discharge follow-ups, each averaging 45 minutes
Qualifications:
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Idaho Current BLS/CPR certification Board Certification as an NP through AANP or ANCC Minimum of 6 months recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred Masters in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program With compensation of $80$90 per evaluation, plus reimbursement for mileage and paid administrative time, this opportunity rewards your expertise and dedication.
