Duties :

Administer prescribed psychotropic medications, monitor for side effects, and educate patients on proper use

Care Planning:

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

Therapeutic Interventions:

Provide counseling, cognitive-behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, and support during acute psychiatric

Patient and Family Education:

Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and strategies for symptom management

Safety and De-escalation:

Use de-escalation techniques, manage potentially aggressive behaviors, and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff

Documentation and Reporting:
