RN Resource Float Pool/DNS/Per Diem

Varies The Department of Nursing Services (DNS) Resource RN role is a fast-paced dynamic position. The Registered Nurse renders professional care to patients within the patient care units of Bonner General Health (BGH) in support of nursing care as directed by the Clinical Supervisor of DNS, and/or a department Manager. Daily assignments are delegated by the Hospital Supervisor or Staffing Coordinator. The resource nurse will be expected to float throughout the hospital as guided by the DNS department. Full orientation to any department where the Resource RN will be expected to take an assignment will be provided. Modified orientation will be provided to all other areas where Resource RN is expected to assist. Education:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Experience:

Recent experience in an RN capacity.

Licensure/Certification:

Current Idaho State RN license (Compact state accepted) BLS, ACLS/PALS/NIHSS and Procedural Sedation required within 6 months of hire
