INDEPENDENT NURSE CONTRACTOR NEEDED IN THE TWIN FALLS
AREA, $65.00/HOUR About Us Infusion of Care contracts with over 40 specialty pharmacies that provide specialty infusion therapies to patients in need. We form the bridge between specialty pharmacies and highly qualified registered nurses who are able to provide these infusions for patients. We also form the bridge between an elite group of highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurses and patients of all ages needing specialty infusions, including IVIG and SCIG infusions, Alpha-1 antitrypsin replacement, Enzyme replacement therapies, and more! Qualifications ADN degree required; BSN degree preferred Minimum of 5 years' RN experience in ER, ICU, PACU, emergency transport or other related fields of critical care nursing Valid RN License (Must have no disciplinary action!)
Valid Driver's License Required CPR Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, PALS
(or ability to obtain quickly) Ability to operate as an Independent Contractor (we'll help you with that) Skills/Experience Required Excellent IV insertion skills Port Access experience Direct patient care in patient home setting Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Adept at identifying emergent situations and initiating appropriate action Basic computer and smartphone knowledge Skills/Experience Preferred IVIG administration Proficient in medication pooling Teaching and administering subcutaneous injections Additional Information This is a contract position. Contracted rate is $65.00 per hour. Must have reliable vehicle for traveling within a 60-mile radius. Must have own equipment for taking vital signs. Must have access to a computer, laptop, or tablet and a mobile phone with internet connection. Billing and scheduling services provided by IOC.
