We've grown quickly, and we're looking for an experienced criminal defense attorney who wants to do great work and help shape how a firm operates as it grows. We already have locations in Idaho Falls and Boise. Now, we're opening a Twin Falls branch and this location will be well supported by the two sister branches. What you'll do: Manage a criminal caseload from start to resolution Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and trial Communicate clearly and consistently with clients and team members Work closely with paralegals and support staff to move cases forward Contribute to improving systems and processes What we're looking for: Experience in criminal defense Confident in court and comfortable managing your own cases Strong communicator—especially with clients under stress Organized and able to manage competing priorities Takes ownership and looks for solutions What success looks like: You build trust quickly with clients Your cases are moving and well-managed You contribute to a team that performs at a high level Why join us: A team-first, supportive culture Real opportunity to grow as the firm grows A place where your work—and your voice—matters
