Responsibilities include:
Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within nursing standards. Promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, along with ongoing professional development. Developing and documenting individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients' families. Using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Nursing diploma or higher (ADN/BSN/MSN accepted). RN license required. Open to all experience levels; preferred experience includes at least 2 years for higher roles.
