Night Differential:

$4.00/hr

Weekend Differential:

$3.25/hr Overview Number of beds on unit : 20 main beds, 7 RME (rapid medical evaluation) beds Patient Population or type of patients cared for on unit : all ( neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, bariatric, adult, geriatric, special needs, psychiatric, Stroke, STEMI, OB, Trauma) Nurse to patient ratios : 1:3 to 1:4 Nursing skills/equipment used : varies based on needs of patient, but includes critical care, resuscitative, specialty, trauma Weekend/holiday, call schedules and other scheduling items : self scheduling options, every 3 rd weekend/holiday rotation, Friday/Monday requirements

All nurses receive specialized educational opportunities including TNCC, PALS or ENPC, NRP, ECRN, ACLS, (TNS optional)

POSITION SUMMARY

: Protects, promotes and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the Registered Nurse licensure; collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum. Assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families, mentors assigned team members, promotes best practices, and maintains professional disposition at all times. The RN Hospital Inpatient/ED operates in units that provide 24/7 care in the hospital. Qualifications
