CVICU RN

role focus on providing high-level critical care to cardiac patients. You'll collaborate closely with an expert interdisciplinary team, participate in patient assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs and complex cardiac drips, support families with compassionate communication, and assist in specialized procedures. Qualifications:

Current RN license in good standing. Minimum of two years' recent experience in a CVICU or cardiovascular critical care setting. ACLS and BLS certifications required. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in handling cardiac drips, post-op CV surgery patients, and familiarity with EHR systems.

Primary Duties:

Delivering patient-centered care to critically ill cardiovascular patients. Managing and titrating cardiac medications and drips. Assisting with invasive monitoring and procedures. Coordinating multidisciplinary rounds. Providing patient and family education and emotional support.
