Emergency Department Registered Nurse Shift - Night shift, 6:30pm - 7:00am, Monday through Friday only Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients experiencing urgent and emergent health issues. Your expertise will help stabilize patients, coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure a positive patient experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using EHR systems. Provide immediate emergency care interventions, including airway management, IV infusion, suturing, and aseptic technique to prevent infection. Administer medications and injections accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations and hospital protocols. Collaborate with physicians and specialists in areas Conduct diagnostic evaluations including laboratory testing, specimen collection/processing, and medical imaging procedures like sonography or CT scans. Lead triage efforts to prioritize patient care based on severity of condition while working efficiently within fast-paced emergency room environments. Maintain accurate medical documentation of patient care activities, medication administration, and clinical observations in compliance with medical records standards. Qualifications Valid RN license with current registration in the state of practice. Current
